Be More Sunflower (with or without seeds)

I love sunflowers. My friend Helen sent me some seeds at the start of the first lockdown and it was such fun to watch them grow and the process inspired this card. We're all growing constantly in one way or another and I hope that if you choose this card it will send encouragement to the recipient and to you.
